Introduction
============

This chapter will serve as introduction and summary of work for CESNET project 668R1/2020. Main goals of this project were to create repository system for biophysical data, build over framework provided by CESNET, design possible standardized data format for biophysical measurement and also provide conversion tool for a few selected method into proposed format.

Both conversion tool and Open Access Repository (OAR) is accessible from address https://obr.ibt.biocev.org

Data format is build over the Hierarchical Data Format (HDF) in version 5.

Even though both, conversion tool and repository is accessible from same address they are two completely independent systems. Therefore, there is currently no possibility of automatic deposition into repository in different format than HDF5.
